Now, we rarely get to see Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma in India these days. Along with their two children, the couple has moved to London. They make rare public outings when in India, and mostly choose to stay away from the spotlight. Recently, Madhuri Dixit’s husband Dr Shriram Nene discussed the duo’s reason for moving abroad, and recalled the conversation he had with Anushka Sharma regarding the same. Read on.
Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma Moved Abroad. Why?
Madhuri Dixit’s husband Dr Shriram Nene recently featured on Ranveer Allahbadia’s podcast, where he spoke about the conversation he had with Anushka Sharma when the latter was planning on shifting to London with family. Firstly, Dr Nene hailed Virat Kohli for being a humble human being, and that they had met several times. He then recalled the conversation with the Nh10 actor, and called it very interesting. Dr Nene shared that the couple was planning to move to London at that time as they were unable to enjoy their privacy and success in India. He further agreed to the decision, saying that anything that a celebrity couple does attracts attention.
Dr Nene went on to draw comparisons with his life too. He explained how the normal day can become difficult for a known couple. Dr Shriram Nene said that while he enjoyed obliging selfie requests, sometimes it also felt intrusive, especially when it’s simply family time at a restaurant. He also added how these things become an issue for his wife, actor Madhuri Dixit. Calling Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma “lovely people”, he agreed that the couple only wanted to give a normal childhood to their kids.
