Soni Razdan Talks About Hate Against Alia Bhatt!
While speaking with Zoom, Soni Razdan stated that Alia Bhatt cannot help whose child she is. Reflecting on her own journey, the veteran star stated that she was not a product of the industry and that she struggled as an actor and human being to come into this industry. Soni stated that she was not even half or a quarter as successful as many other women of her time. She further mentioned that the world does not owe a person a living if they want to make it in the industry. The actress stated that when she came in, 101 people were children of people who were already in the industry, adding that if she thinks about that, how will she do what she wanted to? Soni stated that she focused on what she was doing and asked, “Why don’t people do that?” She stated that it was very easy for people to blame, and there is nothing fair about this world. The Mandi star acknowledged that Alia Bhatt may have received an opportunity to audition for her first film because of her connections, but everything that she achieved after that was because of her hard work. Soni shared that Alia should not be criticised just because of she’s the daughter of Mahesh Bhatt.

Soni Razdan On Alia Bhatt’s Cannes Backlash
Soni Razdan also reportedly looked back at criticism Alia Bhatt received for her outfits and the red carpet moments when she appeared at this year’s Cannes Film Festival. She stated that just because there is chatter online, that doesn’t reflect the actual reality on the ground. Soni shared that everyone who graced the festival was there for a reason, and they were representing their country. She stressed that everyone was invited because they achieved something globally, adding they weren’t there by accident. Soni expressed that we should not waste our energy on giving importance to negativity, which doesn’t deserve the attention.
As far as Alia’s professional front goes, she is gearing up for the release of Alpha, alongside Sharvari. The film will be out on July 3! Additionally, she will also be seen in Love And War, directed by Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal!
