Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt found herself in the middle of a controversy after her recent Cannes 2026 appearance, after many accused her of posing for “imaginary cameras.” Previously, the actor was also trolled after her film Jigra with Vedang Raina tanked at the box office. And now, she went on Samay Raina’s India’s Got Latent 2 to judge contestants. The episode quickly went viral and generated millions of views in just hours. The actor was very warm and nice to all the contestants and even encouraged them to do their craft in the future as well. From hugging fans to dancing with them in desi style, she won many hearts in this episode.

She also revealed feeling intimidated by the Donald Trump guy named Vinash Agarwal. whose performance garnered a lot of praise from the audience. And just like the previous AIB video, this too worked in her favour since many started praising her relatability and humble nature while praising her jokes. The actor also successfully promoted her upcoming film with YRF called Alpha with Sharavari. Honestly, both of their appearance on the Samay Raina show could have either gone very bad or very good, and we are glad that it took the latter turn. It was a huge risk, but we are glad that the actor took it to show a side of her that the audience was missing.
