Alia Bhatt Has A ‘Brahmastra’ For Dealing With The Boycott Climate Ahead Of Film’s Release

We were seeing the #Boycott trend has been set in motion for quite a while now. It seems people are just sitting on alert, waiting for any Bollywood film to drop and they immediately rush to Twitter to bash the film and add it to the boycott list! Now, internet users have gone a step ahead and converted that hashtag into boycotting the entire Bollywood itself. Any film that stars popular actors or actresses or who have parents in the film line now finds its name ahead of #BoycottBollywood.

This same thing is happening with Brahmastra as well. This magnum opus helmed by Ayan Mukerjee is all set to hit theatres on September 9, 2022, and internet users have wanted to boycott the film ever since its trailer was dropped. In a recent media interaction ahead of Brahmastra’s release, the lead actress of the film, Alia Bhatt, was asked to share her thoughts on the ongoing ‘boycott climate’ of films. And the response she gave was quite positive and shows she is not scared of these futile trends.

As per reports, Alia Bhatt responded by saying in return whether it was the summer or winter climate were they talking about. She also said that there is no such climate and also that it is a beautiful environment to release a film. Alia also said that people should feel grateful for life and everything is positive and there is no negativity.

Talking about how theatres are now open post-Covid, the mommy-to-be said that she is grateful that she is getting to do her job and put it for the audience to watch it. She also went back to the climate comment and said that the month of September is on now and October will start next month!
