Akriti Agarwal Clarifies Prithvi Shaw Cheating Rumours
Clarifying the cheating rumours, Akriti Agarwal penned that she never mentioned her fiancé Prithvi Shaw’s name in the previous story and neither did she say that her engagement was called off or that they had split up. She stated that it was unfortunate that many people thought it was about the cricketer. Akriti mentioned, “We are happy together, still engaged, and doing absolutely fine.” She further wrote that it made her realise how easy it was for a public figure’s image and reputation to be affected by assumptions. Akrit wrote that a single post without any name or context can lead people to draw conclusions that aren’t even true. She mentioned that she never wanted to post the clarification story but when her partner’s dignity became the subject of so many posts, she knew she couldn’t remain silent. Akriti states that the people in the public eye are constantly judged and questioned based on speculation rather than facts.
