For months, the speculation about Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt’s marriage took over online. Recently, the Taare Zameen Par actor himself confirmed that he would be marrying her on July 5. As per a report by Hindustan Times, Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt will be tying the knot at the actor’s Pali Hill, Bandra, residence on July 5. Amid the Mumbai monsoon, the home is being decorated with lights and festive arrangements. Many workers were seen carrying furniture and chairs while wearing raincoats. They would most likely accommodate guests who would be attending the ceremony. Additionally, ahead of the big day, the Dangal star’s sister was seen visiting his home.
It’s worth noting that when Aamir Khan attended Pritam and Pedro’s screening, he reportedly confirmed to the media that he would be tying the knot with Gauri Spratt on July 5. He told the reporters that it would be a small ceremony that would be taking place at his residence. Aamir stated that July 5th is a very special day for them, and both his and Gauri’s families and their close friends would present for the ceremony.
When Did He Confirm His Relationship?
Aamir Khan reportedly confirmed his relationship with Gauri Spratt on his 60th birthday. Since the couple kept it under wraps, no one had an idea about their relationship. At a private gathering in Mumbai, the Dangal star shared that they had known each other for over 25 years before they reconnected a year and a half ago. For the unversed, the actor was previously married to Reena Dutta and welcomed two kids: Ira and actor Junaid Khan. After their split, Aamir married filmmaker Kiran Rao and welcomed son Azad before calling it quits in 2021.
