Veteran actor Govinda and his wife Ssunita Ahuja often make headlines for their alleged troubled marriage and frequent divorce rumours. And during her appearance n Lock Upp season 2 hosted by Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh, she revealed that her husband had multiple affairs during their marriage, shocking fans. Ssunita Ahuja About Govinda

During the show, host Farah Khan read out a few headlines about Ssunita Ahuja’s statement, including the one where she wished for Govinda to be her son instead of her husband in the next life. When asked to elaborate this remark, Ahuja explained that even after her husband having multiple affairs during their marriage like many heroes and heroines, she has always stood by him and now deserved to have  son like him. After this, co-host Riteish Deshmukh read out another statement by her. He said that as long as a husband and wife are together, everything is fine. But if a third person enters the relationship, it can seriously damage the marriage.

Giving a cheeky reply, Ssunita Ahuja asked her husband Govinda to listen carefully to her words, stating that a bullet only hits one in the knee when someone else comes into their life. Ahuja clarified that she wasn’t even in Mumbai when the incident happened, giving a reply to people who claimed that it was her who shot her husband. She stated that she was at Khatu Shyam. For the unversed, Ssunita and Govinda tied the knot in 1987 in a private ceremony and even kept their marriage a secret for two years. They only made their marriage public after the birth of their first daughter, Tina Ahuja. They further also had a second child, a son, Yashvardhan Ahuja.
