During the conversation, Rachel Goenka candidly shared a poignant experience that resonates with many mothers. She recounted a moment when she found herself locked in the bathroom, her children banging on the door, and an overwhelming sense of guilt washed over her. In that vulnerable moment, she felt like the worst mother, questioning her decision to take a few moments for herself instead of solely focusing on her children’s needs. Rachel also shed light on a common misconception that many mothers face. She said,” A lot of women feel like they have to give up their career but after some time your requirements in life are not going to be that much and then what will you do,”.
