While she was striving to make the brand a big name, there were of course some stereotypes and sexism that she faced. However, for Ghazal Alag, a woman’s compassion in work is an add-on to their capabilities. She says that if a woman can manage a home which is a very challenging task, then undoubtedly she is capable of handling business. Ghazal Alagh also thinks that women pay attention to details and bring culture to the table, which adds brownie points to their work.
