We have many women breaking the stereotypes of women not being capable of handling businesses, instead, they are building empires. And one such fine example is Ghazal Alagh, the founder of Mamaearth. While she was striving to make the brand a big name, there were of course some stereotypes and sexism that she faced. Through this experience, Ghazal has shared the most significant difference between men and women leaders in episode 10 of Hauterrfly’s Hautesteppers and what makes the latter a little better at this job.

Ghazal Alagh has achieved milestones in her career as a businesswoman and has emerged as one of the best women entrepreneurs in our country. She also appeared as one of the judges on Shark Tank India. Ghazal Alagh made her presence on Hautesteppers episode 10 and shared her valuable experiences and thoughts with us. For Ghazal, men and women are both equally capable of managing everything.
