And now, it is filled with trashy people who have a trashy opinion on the most normal of things. Also, if you notice, these opinions are more directed toward women. If an actress shares a post of her doing the most normal thing, people on the internet will find something faulty in it and go on to troll her. And something similar has happened recently. A woman went online to criticise actress Vidya Malavade and said that she makes pornographic content in the name of doing yoga! Umm… what?
Vidya Malavade is a yoga enthusiast and shares videos of her doing yogasana on her social media. Recently, she shared a video of her doing yoga for the flexibility of the spine on her Instagram. She was wearing a red-laced top with a pair of loose pants. In short, Vidya was simply minding her own business of educating her followers.
But one woman found this video offensive and decided to name its pornographic content. She went on to Twitter to share the video and wrote, “This is Vidya Malavade and she calls this Yoga. When B’wood is out of work, they post p0rn and call it Yoga.” It was unsolicited slut-shaming on the woman’s end and not acceptable. She also went on to question what kind of clothes is Vidya wearing! As if she was expecting her to do yoga in a saree or a salwaar suit! Why are people so stupid on the internet? *sigh*

Clearly this woman has never done yoga before in her life which is why she could not differentiate between the clothes. Also, on a side note, people do not wear clothes in porn. Just saying! It is just sad that even the most basic thing as such a woman doing yoga is being sexualised and slut-shamed. And shockingly enough, a woman made such vile comments about another woman, and it was the men who shut her down! Has common sense really become so rare?
