However, a recent tweet by the National Crime Investigation Bureau has informed all of us that staring at a woman or girl for 14 seconds is a punishable offence that can land a man in jail. Although Twitterati has all sorts of funny reactions to this, at least it is a helpful piece of information for all women.

The tweet highlights that any man can be jailed for staring at a woman or girl for more than 14 seconds. It is also considered to be a serious crime that comes under molestation. The Twitterati flooded the comment section with various funny comments and memes. Many users questioned the practicality of proving this crime. They expressed doubts about how would someone be judged if it is 14 seconds exactly or not because the tweet does not provide any clarification on that.
