IMVHO, we all need to focus a little on reducing the population and improving the quality of life, especially in a country like ours. And on the occasion of World Population Day, Nagaland minister Temjen Imna Along has come up with a rather interesting “solution” to the problem of overpopulation. Taking to Twitter, the minister urged people to make informed choices while sharing his solution to contribute toward a sustainable future and we must say, we’re loving this advice!
Nagaland minister urged people to be “sensible” towards population growth-related issues and made informed choices when it comes to childbearing. Sharing his solution, the witty minister said that if not the abovementioned things, people could always follow his lead and stay single. “Come join the singles movement today,” tweeted the Nagaland minister. FYI, this isn’t the first time that Nagaland minister Temjen Imna Along had made headlines. Earlier, the leader had made headlines for his witty take on racism. During an address, Temjen spoke about the “benefits of having small eyes” while calling out the racism faced by the Northeastern people.
