Certain household items that we use are only worth it up to a certain price. I mean, if we see very expensive spoons, as normal middle-class people, we are ought to criticise them. It makes no sense to buy such overpriced items just as some status symbol. Similar thoughts are being discussed for Gauri Khan’s website selling a dustbin for approximately 15,000. Isn’t this just too much for a product which is used to throw waste? And now, the internet cannot help but troll Gauri Khan for selling such a basic item as a luxurious product.

We understand where these reactions are coming from. I mean, it’s natural, a product like a dustbin no matter how beautiful it is will never be worth an investment. However, we should also acknowledge that these high-end websites cater to a niche customer and maybe for them, this price is absolutely normal. However, 15K, ahh, too much!
