What To Watch This Week Of October 23 to 30: ‘Thank God’, ‘Indian Predator’, ‘Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities’ And More

We’re all still reeling with the nasha of the long weekend and yet another weekend is approaching. And we all know what that means, hai na? More binge-watching sessions as we unplug from our 3-day working week. With Halloween approaching, this week has some amazing new releases for us all to turn to. In order to save all of you the trouble of having to browse through the multiple OTT platforms looking for new releases, we’ve put together a list of films and series that you can binge-watch this week. So, without further ado, let’s dive in and take a look at all the upcoming shows and films.

1. Big Mouth Season 6 – Netflix

Season 6 of this much loved, Emmy Award-winning, coming-of-age series that deals with adolescence, sexuality and much more featuring Nick Kroll, Maya Rudolph, John Mulaney, Jordan Peele and Jessi Klein among others is all set to hit the streaming platform Netflix on October 28.

2. Dubai Bling – Netflix

This reality show features the lavish life of millionaires from Dubai as they explore exotic resorts dressed in high-fashion outfits and travel in their luxury cars and private jets along with the people of their high-flying social circle. This series full of bling is set to premiere on Netflix on October 27.

3. Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities – Netflix

Just in time for Halloween, American horror anthology series created by Guillermo del Toro featuring 8 unique horror stories premiered on Netflix on October 25.

4. Flames Season 3 – Netflix

Directed by Divyanshu Malhotra and produced by Arunabh Kumar, Flames Season 3 starring Ritvik Sahore, Tanya Maniktala, Shivam Kakar, Sunakshi Grover and Deepesh Sumitra Jagdish is set to release on Prime Video on October 28.

5. Indian Predator Season 3 – Netflix

Season 3 of the Netflix crime docuseries, Indian Predator titled ‘Murder In A Courtroom’ follows the serial rapist and gangster Bharat Kalicharan aka Akku Yadav who was lynched by the victims in the courtroom where he stood to trial for his crimes. The series releases on Netflix on October 28.

6. Jhansi – Disney+ Hotstar

Disney+ Hotstar original in Telugu titled Jhansi starring Anjali, Chandini Chowdary, Raj Arun, Adarsh Balakrishna and Samyukta Hornad is set to hit the streaming platform on October 27.

7. The Bastard Son & The Devil Himself – Netflix

Netflix fantasy-drama series based on a YA novel Half Bad written by Sally Green follows the story of the illegitimate son of a dangerous witch as he follows his father’s footsteps. The show premieres on the OTT platform on October 28.

8. The Good Nurse – Netflix

Starring Jessica Chastain and Eddie Redmayne, this drama film based on a true-crime book of the same name will be available for streaming on Netflix from October 26. The series follows the story of a nurse who suspects her colleague to be responsible for the death of a number of patients.

9. Ram Setu – Theatre

This action-adventure drama film starring Akshay Kumar, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nushrratt Bharuccha and Satya Dev hit the theatres on October 25 during the long festive weekend. In case, you still haven’t watched it, this weekend would be a great time to catch it.

10. Thank God – Theatre

An official remake of the Danish film Sorte Kugler, this Hindi-language fantasy comedy-drama starring Ajay Devgn, Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh released in the theatres on October 25 amid Diwali.
