Viral Video Shows Jada Pinkett Smith “Laughing” As Will Smith Slaps Chris Rock, And Now People Are Calling Her Out
I think it is fair to say that everyone in this world has heard and seen that Will Smith slapped Chris Rock. If by any chance you have been living under a rock, and aren’t aware of what happened, Will Smith slapped Chris Rock who was presenting at the Oscars for Best Documentary Feature. Will was then seen walking on stage and slapping Chris Rock for cracking a joke about his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith’s shaved hair. Everyone up to speed? Good. Because there have been developments in this incident.
The official footage did not show us any conversation between Will and Jada before the slap and we weren’t even shown the aftermath between the couple or Jada’s reaction. A now-viral video is showing an angle to the story that no one really saw up until now. The video is shot by someone sitting behind Will and Jada. It shows her back alleges that she apparently laughed after Will Smith slapped Rock. while there is no footage from the front that can confirm this, most are taking this video for what it is and going with it.

The video was also shared by Michael Rapaport with the caption, “People saying Will Smith was protecting Jada, Why wasn’t JADA protecting Will from literally ruining his entire career? My wife would’ve been fighting me before I sat down for making an a$$hole of myself & our family.” Of course, as it always goes, the woman was somehow blamed for Will’s actions aka Jada Pinkett Smith. Firstly, while I am all for spouses being there for one another and trying to help each other out, it is stupid to hold them responsible for each other. Why is Will slapping Chris Jada’s responsibility? Moreover, she seems like she didn’t even know what he was about to do considering they weren’t seen talking before. Secondly, I love how everyone is just assuming she laughed because she can be seen slightly bending ahead. Who needs Sherlock Holmes when we have internet sleuths on the case, right?
