Jada Pinkett Smith Reacts To The Smith-Rock Slap Controversy At The Oscars With A Cryptic Post

Oscars 2022 was one eventful night with many memorable moments – some good and some bad. However, the highlight of it has to be the time when Will Smith walked up to the stage and slapped Chris Rock for making a rather insensitive joke over the former’s wife’s medical condition. After that, it was like a dam that opened up with people and celebs from all around the world reacting to the incident. But the only reaction that matters is of Jada Pinkett Smith, the one on whom the joke was made. And now, after keeping her silence for two days, the actress has finally reacted to her husband slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars for making fun of her alopecia, with a simple yet powerful Instagram post.

On Monday (IST), the Oscars 2022 took place wherein Chris Rock made fun of the actress’ bald head that is a result of her medical condition called alopecia. Needless to say, his joke did not sit well with the actress, who rolled her eyes and later earned him a slap from her husband. While celebs from all around the world reacted to the incident, the Girls Trip actress maintained her silence until she put out a rather cryptic post on Instagram.
