Rashmika Mandanna And Falguni Pathak’s Navratri Crossover Was Just What We Needed To Get Rid Of The Mid-Week Blues
Navratri is here which means it is time for Garba queen Falguni Pathak to come out of her hibernation and make the nights come to life with her beautiful voice and infamous Garba songs. If you are as into Garba as I am, you have been scrambling around, making sure to attend as many Falguni events around the city as possible. And we aren’t the only Falguni fans here as Rashmika Mandanna shared her meeting with the “dandiya queen” herself at a Navratri event in Mumbai.

Rashmika Mandanna shared a picture of herself with Falguni Pathak on her Instagram stories as she promoted her Bollywood debut, Goodbye. At a Mumbai Navratri event, the two posed together on stage. Rashmika referred to Falguni as the “dandiya queen” when sharing the picture. Falguni was dressed in maroon, gold embroidered Nehru jacket with a maroon shirt underneath to fit the red theme of the day. She paired it with black pants. Rashmika was wearing a royal blue indo-western ensemble with pink detailing.
Both of them smiled as they posed on stage before a ground of Garba fanatics who were clapping for them. Rashmika captioned the story saying, “An evening well spent in Mumbai with the dandiya (queen emoji) & my loves… Happy Navratri!”

Rashmika will soon be featured in her first Bollywood movie, Goodbye, which will have a global theatrical release on October 7. The film will also feature veteran actors, Amitabh Bachchan and Neena Gupta along with Pavail Gulati, Elli AvrRam, and Sunil Grover. It is helmed by Vikas Bahl, while Balaji Motion Pictures, owned by Ekta Kapoor, is a co-producer.
Rashmika Mandanna and Falguni Pathak was not a crossover I was expecting but I’m here for it! After all, two unproblematic women coming together makes me wish I was there to experience the wholesomeness of the crossover.
