Today is Children’s Day, the day when we celebrate children and their beautiful existence and innocence as a whole. But, that’s not all; this day is also one of reminiscence and nostalgia. We look back at our childhoods and the beautiful ways in which every day as a kid was unique and special in its fantastic way. Those silly games we played, the cartoons we watched, the school, the teachers, the homework, the happy feeling we felt for no reason and all and especially, the time we spent with the family members we lost as adults. This day makes a lot of us emotional. These flashbacks and memories make us realise that our childhood was truly the best time of our lives, don’t they?

As a kid, I used to love discovering new things and watching new stuff daily. I would come back home after a long day at school and eat my lunch while browsing through TV channels to find some amazing movie or show to watch. For me, the hour that I would spend watching new movies after school was perhaps, the most rewarding and relaxing part of the day. This is why whenever I look back at my childhood, movies and tv shows that I watched are a huge part of my memories. I really don’t think I’m the only one here. We all have our favourite movies from our childhood that make us feel like fun kids again, don’t we?
