Madhuri Dixit Nene’s OTT Debut Series ‘Finding Anamika’ Renamed ‘The Fame Game’, Karan Johar Shares New Poster
Most of us don’t just consume content online, we devour it. And with a large number of OTT platforms, we have access to a huge variety of content at just a click of a button. This makes it much easier for us to pick quality content to watch as per our taste. I personally love watching Hindi content. Thanks to the pandemic, the Hindi content available on the OTT platforms has not only increased in quantity but also in quality. NGL, I’m always waiting for new releases and the most exciting upcoming release that I have on my radar is Madhuri Dixit Nene starrer The Fame Game, previously titled Finding Anamika. Produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Somen Mishra and Dharmatic Entertainment, this Netflix series is written by Sri Rao, who also happens to be the showrunner. The Fame Game will release on the OTT platform Netflix on February 25.
This Netflix series will also witness the reunion of Madhuri Dixit Nene and Sanjay Kapoor’s Jodi. The Fame Game stars Manav Kaul, Lakshvir Saran, Suhasini Muley and Muskkaan Jaferi alongside Sanjay and Madhuri. Previously, this series was named Finding Anamika. Producer Karan Johar took to social media on Thursday to share the new poster of the show and announce that its name has been changed from Finding Anamika to The Fame Game. The reason behind the change of name is not known yet.

And now the actress will be making her OTT debut with The Fame Game. This Netflix series follows the story of a Bollywood superstar Anamika Anand (played by Madhuri Dixit Nene) who has a perfect life. But in this world of glitz, glamour and fame, is it really perfect or just a facade? Directed by Bejoy Nambiar and Karishma Kohli, this series explores the life of the Bollywood icon and reveals hidden truths and painful lies after she goes missing.
Watch The Fame Game only on Netflix on February 25th.
