‘Koffee With Karan’ S7 Ep9: Kriti Sanon, Tiger Shroff’s Bonding Moments On The Koffee Couch Have Us Singing ‘Yeh Dosti…’
It’s Thursday and we have been served the dose of the new Koffee With Karan season 7 episode. This was the ninth episode of the season and it is just getting better. The Koffee couch was shared by two stars of Btown who started their acting careers together in the industry- Kriti Sanon and Tiger Shroff. The duo made their debut in 2014 with the movie Heropanti 1, and we got to witness their amazing bond after quite a long time, well, thanks to Koffee With Karan. Kriti and Tiger’s amiable friendship is reflected in the episode and the adulation they had for each other gave positive vibes on the show. There were many moments on the show that will make you wish to have a friendship just like them.

Kriti Sanon and Tiger Shroff’s admiration for each other started from the very beginning of the show, Koffee With Karan. When host, Karan Johar, about the duo’s early memory of meeting each other when they were shooting for Heropanti. Kriti in no time responded that it was during the look test for the movie and it was the first time she met him. Tiger Shroff in response to this expressed how good Kriti was with her work. In fact, Tiger also said that he felt “intimidated by her energy.” Well, that’s a great compliment coming from an actor who is always energetic himself!

The Heropanti 1 co-stars were also quite honestly answered whether or not they shared a “rumoured relationship” after their first movie together because apparently, that’s what happens. The fun part here was that Tiger Shroff was in a belief that Kriti was already taken but this assumption was straightway denied by the latter. However, both the actors agreed that they were very shy and shared their phone numbers after the first schedule of the film. That came as a surprise to Karan Johar, BTW! Tiger Shroff in all his honesty also said that even if he made advances toward Kriti, it would not have worked out because it is “Kriti”.

The Mimi actress shared a very cute anecdote from their first movie. She said that Tiger was very shy to do a kissing scene with her and gave friendly vibes on the set. On the other hand, Tiger Shroff never let go of moments to appreciate Kriti for her hard work, and also expressed that he has a soft spot for her. Furthermore, Tiger also said that whenever she receives an award, he really feels happy. Later on, in the show, even Kriti Sanon expressed that she has a soft corner for Tiger.

In the rapid-fire round, when Karan Johar asks Tiger who is his buddy from the industry, he says no one, but Kriti very adorably says that he can call her buddy and it was the best moment on the show!
