Johnny Depp’s Ex-Girlfriend Kate Moss Testifies In Support Of Him, Says Depp Never Pushed Her Down The Stairs
Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s defamation trial is witnessing a development every other day. The trials resumed on May 16, 2022, after a gap and had started with Amber Heard’s testimony. The USD 50 million defamation case filed by Johnny Depp against Heard is ongoing in Fairfax, Virginia Court. The case has seen many allegations made by both parties, however, the ultimate results could still take some time. The current update on the case is Kate Moss, a British model, and Johnny Depp’s ex-girlfriend has testified in support of him.

Amber Heard, in her testimony, had accused Depp of pushing his ex-girlfriend Kate Moss down the stairs. On Wednesday, Kate Moss cleared the claims saying that no such thing ever happened. As per news reports, Johny Depps’s lawyer had called Moss as a witness to clarify the allegations that Amber made against Depp.
Kate Moss joined the case hearing via a video call from Gloucestershire, England. Moss was questioned about the incident when Depp and Moss went for a vacation in Jamaica.
Kate narrated the event. She said that Depp had left the hotel room before her. She further added that there had been a rainstorm that day, and as soon as she left the room, she slipped down the stairs and hurt her back. Kate also mentioned that when she screamed and called somebody for her help, Depp rushed to help her, carried her back to the room, and called for medical help. The model asserted that Depp did not kick, push, or threw her down the stairs.
