Kangana Ranaut Recalls Her “Surgical Strike” On Karan Johar On ‘Koffee With Karan’ As Season 7 Approaches

I mean he did ask people to love him or hate him but not be indifferent! And Kangana Ranaut is anything but indifferent. In her recent Instagram story, the Queen actress locked horns with Karan Johar once again ahead of the release of his controversial talk show, Koffee With Karan. The actress took yet another dig at the filmmaker and pointed out that her episode of the talk show from season 5 of Koffee With Karan was one of the most popular episodes while calling it a “surgical strike”.

In an Instagram story, Kangana Ranaut shared a shot of herself from her Koffee With Karan episode alongside Saif Ali Khan. In the caption, the actress wrote that “Papa Jo” (Karan Johar) is promoting all the popular episodes of the talk show ahead of the premiere of Season 7 of Koffee With Karan which is set to air on July 7 while speaking about her episode. Calling it one of the most popular episodes the actress said that it was a surgical strike because “ghar mein ghusss ke mara tha na”. She went on to take a jibe at the filmmaker and pointed out that he was banned from television after this much like the Filmfare awards.

In another Instagram story, Kangana Ranaut shared an article where Karan Johar was quoted saying that he was still trolled for nepotism, and wrote that she is the one who made him more popular “than all his work put together”.
