The Context
In her testimony, Heard was detailing an incident where Depp had an altercation with her sister Whitney. She said at one point, Whitney was near the staircase, trying to get Depp to stop. Heard said that she hit Johnny across the face as she was reminded of “Kate Moss and stairs.” If you are unaware, Moss has never confirmed or claimed that she was pushed down the stairs by Depp and so far, it is a rumour.

As you might be aware, Depp has sued Heard for $50 Milan in a defamation lawsuit after she wrote an opinion piece for The Washington Post in 2018. In her article, Heard claimed that she was a victim of domestic abuse. In the libel case against The Sun, Heard claimed that she had heard 2 people claim that Depp had pushed Kate Moss down the stairs, according to reports. Johnny Depp and Kate Moss were in a relationship for several years in the 1990s.
