Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal’s wife, Youtuber-choreographer Dhanashree Verma recently dropped her husband’s surname ‘Chahal’ from her Instagram account which is nothing serious. However, it sparked speculations about their divorce on the internet. And to add fuel to the fire, the cricketer posted about starting a new life. After that, many people started a meme-fest online targeting Dhanashree saying that she only married Chahal for fame which is so problematic.

On Friday, Dhanashree Verma clarified the divorce rumours with Yuzvendra Chahal in an Instagram story and said that people should not believe any rumours regarding their relationship. In the story, she wrote, “A humble request to you all to not believe in any rumours pertaining to our relationship. Kindly, put an end to it. Love and light to everyone (emojis).”
