‘Bridgerton 2’ Early Review Are Here And The Explosive Chemistry Between Jonathan Bailey And Simone Ashley Is Talk Of The Ton!
You know, I love reading young adult novels. The reason is simple, I’m a hopeless romantic person who believes that love conquers all, no matter what. Also, I like seeing enemies turning into lovers and don’t get me started about slow burn romance between the main characters because they are *chef’s kiss*. And when I read the early reviews of Netflix’s highly-anticipated series Bridgerton Season 2 starring Simone Ashley as Kate Sharma and Jonathan Bailey as Lord Anthony, I was definitely intrigued about the show and all the characters, to be very honest!

The worldwide phenomenon from Netflix, based on the eponymous book series by author Julia Quinn is ready to drop its second season. It follows the story of the eldest Bridgerton sibling, Anthony and his quest to find a bride who will make a suitable Viscountess. In that pursuit, when the Sharma sisters come to town, Anthony decides the younger sister Edwina might be the perfect match for him. That is until he finds out he must impress the elder sister, Kate. As we are not-so-patiently waiting for the second season, the early reviews are here and it’s all about the explosive chemistry between Kate Sharma and Lord Anthony. OMG, how romantic!

This new season of #Bridgerton was AMAZING! It was breathtaking, emotional & engaging as ever. While it does take its sweet time establishing the new love story, it was so worth the wait. Loved the new cast & loved seeing a new side of Anthony. 💛

The #Bridgerton embargo finally lifted, so I can officially say that Season 2 is one of the finest slow burns I’ve seen onscreen in a while. You’re not ready for what Simone Ashley & Jonathan Bailey are serving. Plus, there are plenty of other sweet treats to look forward to 🐝 pic.twitter.com/4kFuQ9Q9fz

Even though I can't cover (translation: fangirl out with obsessive coverage) about this season, I'm tweeting tf out of it. First?
Kathony is a SLOW burn. But Simone Ashley and Jonathan Bailey's chemistry tops season 1's by MILES. And I loved it. #Bridgerton pic.twitter.com/XLI31hyVr3

I sincerely adored #Bridgerton S2 for the things it keeps the same AND what it changes from #TVWLM.
This season has plenty of scene-stealers because the script and direction let its ensemble shine even more.
Yes, Jonathan Bailey & Simone Ashley are truly phenomenal as #Kathony! pic.twitter.com/dnRTving1o

I haven’t read the books, so I went into #Bridgerton S2 with 0 expectations.
That said, I thought it was FANTASTIC. The acting, chemistry, story, music, costumes, humor, heart — I was enthralled.#Kathony are a ship for the ages, and Benedict is my favorite person in the world. pic.twitter.com/45191rvlTz

My first thought after watching #Bridgerton season 2 was that the Kate/Anthony dynamic is absolute magic. Their chemistry is combustible from their first meeting and their story is a true slow burn. You find yourself captivated by every #Kathony scene. pic.twitter.com/dkTUhg9LHa

The #Bridgerton embargo is up, so let me say it’s bigger, better, and has higher stakes than season one. Simone Ashley is the independent lead we deserve, and she has terrific chemistry with Jonathan Bailey. pic.twitter.com/KYnx4Zwz7c
