‘Brahmāstra’ Fans Theorise That Alia Bhatt Is The Jal Astra Instead Of Deepika Padukone
One of the things I love about being a part of a major fandom is fan theories. All the enthusiasm around an upcoming movie with excited fans all over the world trying to guess what will happen next is some of the most fun parts of watching such films. That was the same hype Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva had before it had come out. People could not stop speculating who is going to be in the movie and now, some are questioning if Alia Bhatt’s Isha will be the Jal Astra instead of Deepika Padukone.
There are many speculations about the second part of Brahmāstra after the reception part one received. Director Ayan Mukerji has promised to release Brahmastra part 2 in 2025 and the fans are unable to contain their excitement; discussing theories about who will make an appearance in the next instalment. And now because of leaked photos featuring Alia Bhatt, the internet is already speculating that the actress may play Jal Astra rather than Deepika Padukone in the movie.

When the Brahmāstra teaser was revealed, fans insisted that Deepika appeared in a scene as Jal Astra. Even after seeing the movie, people were certain that Deepika was starring in the scene. A recent viral photo of Jal Devi’s fingers reveals a ring, and Alia can be seen wearing the same band in one of the movie’s scenes. Fans are curious to learn who the real Jal Astra is, but the filmmakers have not yet revealed who the actress playing the role is.

An alternate theory suggests that Alia and Deepika’s characters may have some sort of relationship in the movie with Deepika being the Jal Astra. It will definitely is extremely intriguing to wait and see whether Alia and Deepika’s characters are somehow connected to one another.
