Twitterati Angry Over Amul’s Utterly Butterly Wish For Alia Bhatt And Ranbir Kapoor, Call It Out For Promoting Nepotism!
I remember seeing a huge billboard with Amul advertisements every day on my way to school. And they use to intrigue me, always. The famous Amul girl was seen in new avatars and the topic that they chose was also relevant to the time. The interesting slogans and the characters would always bring a smile to my face and it use to keep changing very often. Now, this cute and unique way was also used by Amul to wish the new parents, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor after they welcomed their little daughter on November 6, Sunday. And it will surely make you feel happy too! But well, on the contrary, there were also some users on Twitter who did not really appreciate this creativity by Amul and harshly criticised it for various reasons.

Amul made a sweet gesture to wish Alia and Ranbir on their new journey to parenthood. Amul dedicated a new poster for them in which you can see the cartoon versions of the parents holding a little baby. In fact, Amul precisely made sure of the details, and in the picture, you can also see the “Lion family” which actually is a symbol used by Alia and Ranbir for their adorable little family of three now. And on the top of the drawing, “Alia Bhetti” was written in colourful letters. In fact, the famous Amul slogan, “Utterly Butterly Delicious” had a special version for this picture and it read, “Utterly Daughterly Delicious”.

Many Twitter users called out this and wrote that Amul has lowered its standards by using this news to promote its brand. In fact, some users also brought up the topic of nepotism here too and blamed Amul for promoting it. Here are some other reactions to this post.

Users also started questioning selective wishes of Amul.
Why still now Amul didn't wish our Team INDIA..?? Even didn't wish KING KHOLI & 360°Player SURIYA KUMAR YADAV…?? Still will you say "Amul The Taste of India"without encouraging & celebrating #MenInBlue…?? Wowwww👏👏

Well, we are yet to see the family picture of Alia and Ranbir, but this cute picture by Amul surely shows us how endearing the family picture is gonna look when they officially decide to release one. However, the topic of nepotism and the constant debate around it that was brought up over this too is I believe a little too much.
