5 Lessons To NOT Learn From Anupamaa For Your Own Well-Being
bas karo ab, anupamaa!

Anupamaa is not everyone’s favourite anymore, and that much is clear. She went from being the most loved character on Indian television in recent times to the most hated one really quick, and that is precisely because of the way she has been portrayed in the daily soap. Her character arc went downward for all the wrong reasons when Anupamaa tried to be the idealist person on the planet. Well, if you still like her and think whatever she does is valid, that’s on you. But I have listed five lessons you should NOT learn from Anupamaa because she has lost her MaAn!
1. Lacking communication with your partner
Things have historically gone wrong on the show when Anupamaa has not communicated with Anuj. From the time when she went to play Holi with the Shahs when Anuj was miserable at home to Anuj not revealing why he chose to stay with Maya, these instances are proof that you must always communicate with your partner, and it is the key to solving 99% of the problems.
2. Always wanting to be right, and never accepting mistakes
She always has a bigger reason (read excuse) for doing what she does. Anupamaa always wants to be right, doesn’t she? She thought she was doing the right thing by letting choti Anu go with Maya despite knowing that the kid blames herself for all the problems between Anupamaa and Anuj. But all know how wrong she was. If you do this in real life, you will end up pushing your loved ones away.
I hope #AnujKapadia doesnt give savage dialogues as #Anupamaa did to Vanraj after bhoomi pujan. because we all know what happ.still she continued to stay with them..faced similar insults multiple times from Shahs..

3. Having 0 self-respect
Good Lord! Anupamaa has proven time and again that she has 0 self-respect. She lets people mistreat and misbehave with her because she thinks she deserves this. It is absolutely frustrating to see her bend backwards for Vanraj and Baa when they have never wished good for her.
Awww…LADDOO Love🥺🥺
The person who can't see ur happy family & curses ur family, how can you be so comfortable wid her & enjoy ?
It is neither conditioning nor selflessness. It's just a bad habit to stay in those fetters of fake belongingness. #Anupamaa

4. Wanting to be everyone’s go-to person
Saying, “I am just a call away” should sometimes come with conditions. You cannot be the go-to person even for those who ruined your life and do not wish well for you. Like Anupamaa wants to be the go-to person for the toxic Shahs even when they never really respected her.

5. Wanting to fix everyone but oneself
Repeat after me, “I do not have to fix everyone in my life like Anupamaa” because you are NOT Bob The Builder. In the process of fixing everyone, you will end up hampering your mental health like Anupamaa. Learn to burn bridges if you know the person at the end of it is not good for you. Do not make sacrifices every damn time like her because you lack personal boundaries.
Don’t be Anupamaa in real life, okay?
