Navratri 2022: Try These Post Garba Feet Care Tips For Happy Feet!
Here’s How You Can Take Care Of Your Feet During Navratri
1. Thoroughly wash your feet with clean water and mild soap as soon as you come home after playing Garba. Make sure to remove all the dirt and grime from your feet.
2. Exfoliate your feet with a DIY scrub. You can mix 2 spoons of sugar with coconut oil or 2 spoons of coffee with olive oil and use it to exfoliate your feet and pamper your skin.
3. To deal with soreness, soak your feet in either ice-cold water or warm water for 15 minutes. Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to your warm water foot soak. You can also ice your feet with an ice pack.
4. Epsom salt is known to have pain-relieving properties as it has magnesium which can reduce pain and swelling. You can add Epsom salt in your warm water foot soak as well.

5. Don’t forget to moisturise your feet with a good lotion or cream. Apply a generous amount on your feet and wear socks before you hit the bed.
6. Place a pillow under your feet when you hit the sack. Elevating your feet can improve the blood circulation in your legs and feet and soothe your pain as well as reduce the swelling.
7. Every once in 2 days, massage your feet with essential oils mixed in olive oil or jojoba oil to help them relax and reduce soreness.
