This Scent Is Now Aindrila’s New Signature Perfume

The way you smell is a direct reflection of your personality, your intrinsic aura. And that’s why I’m a firm believer that you need to give a serious thought and try before settling down on buying a perfume for yourself. The scent you choose to spray on yourself needs to say something about you as a person. And that’s one helluva important aspect to keep in mind when you go splurging on a fancy bottle.

Personally, I’ve always been fond of floral, fruity fragrances, ones that are mild and make you feel refreshed when you spray it on in the middle of a crazy day (and that happens to me All. The. Time.) Especially with the climes that we reside in (read: the sweaty weather of Mumbai), you need a perfume that’s light and not overpowering, especially if you’re looking for everyday wear.

 

Jeanne Lanvin Scandal Eau De Parfum Spray

Jeanne Lanvin Scandal is something I stumbled upon at duty free shopping during one of my transit flights. This one was launched last year and what really struck a chord was how light and tender the fragrance felt when I tried it on. It’s crisp yet sweet, and smelt perfect for brunch, as well as daily wear. And that’s what I loved about this recent pick of mine.

The Jeanne Lanvin Scandal Eau De Parfum Spray has top notes of orange, apricot and pear with heart notes of freesia, rose petals and peony. The base notes comprise musk and sandalwood and it’s highly recommended for spring or summer wear.

I’m the new Scandal girl now. And I love the way it makes me feel…and smell.
