Pucker Up Girls, We’ve Found Alia Bhatt’s Favourite Lipstick!

You know how they say Facebook and Instagram are like a refrigerator? You know there’s nothing new in there, but you’ll still compulsively open it every free moment you get. This is exactly what I was doing recently, scrolling through Alia Bhatt’s Insta feed, when I was shaken out of my reverie by my nieces’ collective squeals: “That’s my Aloo!“ I wouldn’t be exaggerating when I say I was a little taken aback by the five- and seven-year-old’s overly-enthusiastic adulation. Maybe this is exactly what having a fan following means?

I’ve said it many times before (here and here) and I repeat this — Alia Bhatt dresses her age, and this perhaps is her biggest appeal. She plays up her fun and youthful vibe, and her hair and make-up is always age-appropriate. Her recent appearance at Dabboo Ratnani’s annual calendar launch was no different. The spunky star looked super cute in a Shriya Som embroidered dress teamed with a pair of neutral Manolo Blank pumps. What I liked though was her laid-back beauty look.

 

 

Alia looked radiant with her flushed cheeks and some kick-ass strobing. The only eye make-up she wore was lashings of mascara paired with natural brows.
