Up until a week ago, I had thick, long, and pretty great looking hair. I’d braid it, bun it, and basically my locks were by BFFs. I couldn’t dream of chopping them off. But as the title of the post suggests, things change. Pretty quick, might I add. Everywhere I looked, girls seemed to be going short. Long hair was becoming a thing of the past, only to be replaced with shorter, crisper dos.

Of course, like any cool new trend, I wanted in! So, after incessantly adding images to my Pinterest board and asking my Snapchat fam for their opinion, I went in and got the cut. And I absolutely LOVE it. I got rid of that excess weight and I now have a clean slate of short hairstyles I can’t wait to try.
