And so, every time that we come across even a remotely fun and happy piece of news, we try to make the most of it. Like this one right here, a video with about 60 Indian doctors dancing to a song which has now gone viral, and is instantly making us feel better!

As doctors become our superheros at the moment, working day and night trying to fight off the coronavirus and save lives in the process, the entire world has tried to come together to laud them for their relentless efforts and service and that is perhaps why, when a video of 60 Indian doctors, dancing to the famous and hot song of Pharrell Williams – Happy was found making rounds on the internet, we were ecstatic to see just how great it made us feel!

Suddenly, driving away all our worries and putting a huge smile on our faces, these 4 minutes and 32 seconds of dancing doctors is the kind of optimism that’s making us happy and we too wanted to jump right in and shake a leg to the happy song with those beautiful and happy faces!

Shared by The Ministry of Memories on Instagram, the doctors featured in the video were from all over India, including cities like Bangalore, Pune, Surat, Nagpur, Agra, Indore, Kochi, Delhi, Gurugram, Kolkata, Lucknow and Prayagraj. The caption read, “60 Doctors from across India coming together to put a smile on your face. Young doctors from all across India bringing some sunshine and raising awareness for mental health.”

The ideation and concept was brought together by Dr Pooja Nadkarni Singh, Dr Sheetal Sawankar and Dr Unnati Mamtora and they called this the ‘Song of hope’, and it is clearly, aptly named. It in fact, is just the kind of inspiration all of us need to hold ourselves strong and together. And so in words of Pharrell Williams, ‘Clap along’!
