7 Revelations Made By DCW Chief, Swati Maliwal, On 'The Male Feminist'! 

DCW Chief, Swati Maliwal, revealed that she suffered violence at home. Her father would come home drunk and get violent with her and her mother.

She said that she was inappropriately touched while travelling on a bus and when she called it out, the people on the bus did not pay any heed to it.

Talking about her election as DCW's youngest chief, Swati Maliwal said that people mocked her and said, "Kya hi kar loge?"

The 38-year-old activist said that she experienced the worst victim-shaming when she was molested in Delhi by a man who dragged her by trapping her hand in his car's window.

Swati Maliwal also revealed that she wrote a letter to the PM to demand strict punishment for rapists.  

She went on a hunger strike to demand capital punishment for children's rapists. The Central Government changed the law on the 10th day of her strike.

Swati Maliwal revealed that the process to change the legal marriage age for girls from 18 to 21 is ongoing.
