Rujuta Diwekar's meal plan starts with eating fresh fruits, handful of nuts, or overnight soked raisins with kesar as soon as you wake up

For breakfast, Rujuta Diwekar suggests to eat singhare ke pakode, sabudana khichdi, sweet potato with dahi or alu ki kheer. And for the last day eat chana poori with halwa

As for lunch, Rujuta Diwekar recommends eating rajgira or kuttu or singhare atta ki roti with alu or arbi sabzi, makhane ki sabzi or kuttu ki kadhi with samo chawal, or upasacha thalipeeth

End your day with samo chawak with dahi, jhangora kheer, paneer ki sabzi with kuttu or singhare or rajgira or banana flour ki roti

And for in-between meals, you can always opt for fresh fruits, milkshakes, chaas, shikanji, kheer, sakarkandi ki chaat, and sabudana wada with dahi
