Priyanka Chopra And Richard Madden's Citadel Production Cost Will Make Your Jaws Drop!

An exclusive report by The Hollywood Reporter says Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden's upcoming sci-fi thriller series has been renewed for season two even before its first season drops.

Reportedly, the production cost of the show has gone up to Rs 2500 crores, making it one of the most expensive shows by Prime Video of all time!

The Russo Brothers replaced Josh Appelbaum, the showrunner, with Daniel Weil. This replacement caused several scenes to be reshot which increased the production cost.

It is also reported by THR that initially, the show was supposed to be divided into eight episodes of one hour each. But later, they changed to six 40-minutes long episodes.

Citadel has fans excited as it sees Priyanka Chopra, Richard Madden, and Stanly Tucci sharing screenspace.
