Almond Oil Massage

Gently apply pressure using almond oil in upward strokes from the base of the neck to the jawline.

Towel Massage

Dampen a towel in warm water. Wrap it around your neck and gently squeeze and release in rhythmic motion.

Gently massage your neck with your fingertips in a circular motion from the base of the skull down to the shoulders.

Shoulder Blade Squeeze

Pull your shoulder blades together and downwards while sitting with your back straight for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times to reduce tension in your neck.
