Get Your Ingredients
You'll need some basic items, 1/2 cup uncooked rice, some water, a clean bowl and a strainer or muslin cloth.

Rinse the Rice
Wash the rice thoroughly in a bowl until the water clears up. This removes any impurities and extra starch.

Soak the Rice
Cover the rinsed rice with water and let it soak for about 30 minutes. This lets the water soak up all the skin-loving goodness from the rice.

Strain the Rice Water
After 30 minutes, strain the rice water into another clean bowl. You now have vitamin and mineral-rich rice water ready for your skin.

Apply the Rice Water
Dip a cotton ball or pad into the rice water and gently apply it to your face and neck. Let it air dry for 15-20 minutes. It's a natural toner that brightens and tightens your skin.

Rinse and Moisturise
Rinse your face with lukewarm water and pat dry with a clean towel. Finish with your favorite moisturizer to keep your skin soft and hydrated.
