Here Are Female Nobel Literature Prize Winners. 

French author Annie Ernaux won the Nobel Literature Prize in 2022 for her  fictional works.

The Belarusian journalist, Svetlana Alexievich, won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2015 for her 'polyphonic' writings. 

Herta Mueller won the prestigious award in 2009. She has penned popular books and poems.

Alice Munro won the Nobel Prize In Literature in 2013. She is know for her complex writing that unravels human nature.

Doris Lessing, the British-Zimbabwean novelist, won the prize in 2007. She was the oldest person to receive this award.

Elfriede Jelinek is an Austrian novelist and playwright who won the Novel Prize in 2004. 

Wisława Szymborska, the Polish poet and translator who won this prize in 1996.
