Expert Mathematically Explains Why Sleeping For 8 Hours Is Essential!
Health expert Dr Mickey Mehta offered a mathematical explanation on why sleeping for 8 hours is important.
Dr Mickey Mehta said that as per the mathematical calculations, for the 16 hours you stay awake, you need to sleep for 8 hours.
He went on to explain that 16 plus 8 equals 24 hours of a day!
For every two hours you work, you need to take one hour of break in which you do non-work related things.
Dr Mehta also went on to say that if you stay awake at night when your body needs rest, it can be harmful for you!
He also advised that one should sleep closer to sunset and wake up at sunrise.
By following this cycle, your body's clock will sync with nature's clock!
