Open your mouth wide, say 'O' followed by 'E' without letting your teeth touch, and repeat for 3 sets of 15. These target a number of the facial and jaw muscles.
Simple Mouth Exercises
Open your mouth wide, move your jaw up and down for 3 minutes, 2-3 times daily, for better facial blood circulation. Quicker, gentler movements boost facial blood flow, enhancing circulation.
Bend Your Neck Upwards
Maintain your body's alignment, raise your head slightly off the ground and bring your chin to your chest, this will help strengthen your jaw.
Do this exercise seated or standing with your head level, gently tilt your head back to stretch throat muscles, return to start; do 3 sets of 10 reps.
Sit or stand comfortably, tilt head back, lift lower lip towards ceiling, hold briefly, then relax. This engages the muscles in face and neck, strengthening them.
Sit upright, press lips against teeth, slightly open mouth, tighten lips downward, move jaw up and down, do 5 sets of 10 repetitions.
Eat well, exercise your whole body, and keep a healthy weight to get a nice jawline.
