'The Vampire Diaries', 'The Last Of Us' Actor, Annie Wersching, Passes Away

Annie Wersching was battling cancer and breathed her last on January 29, 2023.

She was 45 years old.

Annie had played the role of Damon and Stefan's mother, Lily Salvatore in The Vampire Diaries.

Even though she was diagnosed with cancer in 2020, she continued acting in shows like The Rookie and Star Trek: Picard.

Annie Wersching gave her fans a sneak peek into her time on the sets of her shows through BTS pictures.

Annie also played the role of Leslie Dean in Marvel's Runaways.

She was married to Stephen Full, and the couple had two children, Freddie Wersching Full and Ozzie Wersching Full.

Condolences are pouring for the late actor from all over the world. Rest in peace, Annie.
