Mardaani 1 starring Rani Mukerji was a film which dealt with the topic of sexual abuse, prostitution and human trafficking. It was hailed by the audience and the critics.

Helicopter Eela featured Kajol in the lead role and was also a directorial venture by Pradeep Sarkar. A movie that deeply explored the life of a single independent mother. A beautiful film that should not be missed.

Laaga Chunri Mein Daag also had Rani Mukerji in the lead role and was set in the beautiful city of Varanasi. The strong emotions and helplessness of the woman portrayed in this film stay with the audience.

Pradeep Sarkar also directed a web series recently, Duranga.
