Snack On This Delicious, Guilt-Free Roasted Red Pepper Labneh This Party Season!

We’ve already shown you a bunch of ways in which you can use yoghurt to whip up some yummy delicacies. But you probably want to amp it up when you are throwing a party. Chips and dip have been a go-to food at any party, but why not make a healthier version of it using the Nestle a+ Nourish Dahi?  This dip tastes delicious and it is super healthy. So, get set to make this Roasted Red Pepper Labneh that’s creamy and will get wiped off in a jiffy.

Nestle a+ Nourish Dahi

So first, let’s make some hung curd with the Nestle a+ Nourish Dahi. Take a sieve, put the cheese cloth on it and then pour the yoghurt on it. Let this sit overnight so that all the water gets drained from it.

Now, take a red pepper and lightly oil it. Roast it on the stove or in the oven till it turns a little black. Peel off the skin and then dice it into tiny pieces.

Add the red peppers as well as the hung curd into the blender.

To add some flavour, add 1 tsp of dried red chilli flakes and salt.

Blend it in all up in a blender to create a smooth paste.

Finally, garnish the labneh with some olive oil and chilli flakes. You can have this with carrot sticks, cucumber stick, pita bread, or lavash.
