Another horrifying incident has emerged from Bengaluru, where a woman was beaten by a man she met on social media. As per the reports, the man in question has been harassing her to get into a relationship, and an FIR has also been filed against the alleged culprit. Read here to know more about it.
What Is The Incident?
The horrifying crime was caught on camera and happened in broad daylight. As per an NDTV report, the man and woman became friends on Instagram in 2024. The two were in contact through calls and messages. The man had been harassing the woman to get into a relationship with him, but as always, he couldn’t take the rejection. In the video, the man is seen arriving in a car, while the woman is seen standing outside her PG, ready to leave on scooty. The man identified as Naveen Kumar gropes the woman and starts beating her on the back and head. The woman is seen helpless in the situation, and while there are some other people standing around, nobody comes to help her.
As per the news report, an FIR has been filed against the man and the alleged accused has been taken into custody. They are also investigating the matter.
It’s even pathetic that nobody shows the courage to even help anyone is such situations. Is humanity no more alive? Do we not feel empathy anymore. Why do men behave entitled and can they not accept rejection? These are some questions that always come to our minds when such situations happen.
