Who Was Kristina Joksimovic, Ex Miss Switzerland Finalist Chopped And Pureed By Husband?
Model Kristina Joksimovic's remains were first discovered by her father, who spotted blonde hair sticking out of a black bag in the home's laundry bag.
In recent events, the husband of a former Miss Switzerland Finalist, known as Kristina Joksimovic, has been charged with her murder, as per reports. The 43-year-old Thomas is accused of strangling his 38-year-old wife under Swiss privacy laws. He allegedly dismembered her and even attempted to dispose of her remains inside their home in Binnigen in February 2024.
What Happened?
Model Kristina Joksimovic’s remains were first discovered by her father, who spotted blonde hair sticking out of a black bag in the home’s laundry bag, as per the NY Post. Her husband, Thomas, initially claimed that he found his wife dead, but later admitted in March to killing her as he acted in defence after she allegedly attacked him with a knife. No evidence of that was found by the forensic experts, as they concluded her cause of death as strangulation.
In court documents, police stated that Thomas showed a ‘remarkably high level of criminal energy, lack of empathy, and cold-bloodedness’ after killing his wife. Authorities said that the couple shared two daughters, and the suspect remained in custody. The Basel-Landschaft Public Prosecutor’s Office announced that he has now been charged with murder and disrupting the peace. A trial date has not been determined yet.
