Shocking news surfaced about a killer on the FBI’s ‘Most Wanted List’ being arrested in India. She is a mother who has been reportedly arrested for killing her child in the United States and fleeing the country with her family. However, in the latest crackdown, the FBI has finally arrested the woman, Cindy Singh, with the help of INTERPOL and the Indian Authorities. Read on to know more about it.
Who Is Cindy Singh?
Cindy Singh is the woman who has been arrested by the FBI for reportedly killing her son. She was the 4th on the FBI’s Top 10 ‘Most Wanted List’ and she was arrested in India. As per an NDTV report, Cindy Singh was arrested by the FBI for killing her 6-year-old son, Noel Rodriguez Alvarez. Reportedly, she was last seen on a flight to India with her husband and her six children, in 2023 and it was just six days after their son went missing as per the official records.
When the investigations began, Cindy Singh had also lied to the officials about her son. She claimed that that son was in Mexico with his biological son. However, in 2025, she was added to the Most Wanted List of the FBI, and award for any information on her was raised to $25,00,00.

After a thorough investigation, Cindy Singh was finally taken into custody in India, after FBI worked jointly with the INTERPOL and the Indian officials. As per a Fox News report, she will be later handed to the authorities in Texas. She is also accused of abusing and harassing the kid, Noel. As per the reports, Cindy believed that her child was ‘possessed’ and could be threat to other children. The 6 YO was suffering from a lung disease, and need oxygen support.
