Chilling Details Of UPSC Aspirant’s Murder Case
A 21-year-old forensic student Amrita Chauhan has been taken into custody for allegedly killing her live-in partner, Ramkesh Meena, in Delhi. As per an India Today report, the family had broken ties with Amrita a year back, and the necessary documents were also submitted in the court as the evidence. This happened on 8th July, 2024, as per the report.
This has become a new detail in the chilling murder case of Ramkesh Meena, whose burnt body was found this month. As per the news reports, the police revealed that Amrita Chauhan along with her ex-boyfriend and a friend planned the alleged murder. As per the police, the accused first strangled the victim, and then also poured ghee and alcohol on him and left the gas cylinder valve open for it to look like an accident. The police also opined that the accused forensic training was used in the case.

As per the news reports, the duo live together in Delhi, but their relationship took a bad turn, when Amrita learned that Meena had recorded their private moments without her consent. Despite the multiple requests to delete the video, he refused to delete them, which made the angry Amrita resort to making a plan along with her friends.
