Sadly, news of molestation and harassment during Holi celebrations frequently surfaces online, and another such incident has occurred. A television actress has filed a police complaint against her co-star, alleging he harassed her at a Holi party in Mumbai. The 29-year-old actress, who works for an entertainment channel, stated that her colleague, under the influence of alcohol, forcefully applied colours to her. Read on to know more!

Actress Reports Assault At Holi Party 

The incident took place at a rooftop party organised by their company, attended by numerous individuals. According to her complaint, she tried to avoid the accused by hiding behind a stall, but it was in vain. He pursued her and applied colours to her face. She claimed that despite covering her face, he forcibly held her and applied colours to her cheeks while verbally expressing romantic sentiments and making threatening remarks. As per news reports, he said, “I love you,” and “let’s see who saves you from me.”

She further added that he touched her inappropriately, which led her to push him away and left her emotionally distressed. She told her friends about the incident, and when they confronted the accused, he allegedly pushed them as well. Following this, the actress and her friends filed a police complaint, leading to the registration of a case against the accused.
